The maximum sentence for the offence is 2 years, so without seeing the sentencing notes, I am guessing the judge would have given him 2 years, but gave a 25% reduction for the guilty plea - not the maximum 1/3 reduction because he did not plead guilty at first opportunity.

Perhaps for some, a maximum 2 year sentence is not sufficient

My estimate is within the range possibly to probably.

So, was it Tommy Robinson who pleaded guilty or Stephen Yaxley-Lemmon who pled guilty? Are both correct?

If he is two people, should he not have got two jail terms?

I like your thinking you just didn't go far enough, at the last count he had 8, Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, Paul Harris, Andrew McMaster, Stephen Christopher Yaxley-Lennon, Stephen Christopher Lennon, Stephen Lennon, Wayne King and Stephen Christopher Yaxley so that's 12 years, still not enough in my book but it would be a start.^_^

Poor only little Tommy isn’t enjoying his time in prison.
It might even make him return to habitual drug use.

“Yaxley-Lennon's claims he was being denied contact with friends and family were "manifestly not well-founded".
Some 120 people have been authorised to see him in 93 visits - more than any other inmate, the court heard.”

Oh dear, what a shame.

Ironic isn't it how the claim was made that his human rights were being breached, yet during the riots following the Southport murders, the human rights of those being attacked by the right wing thugs he stoked, could be ignored.

I don't follow what the guy does but has this not achieved what he wanted? ie he gets into the news so is not irrelevant/forgotten. His supporters will believe the accusation and disregard the verdict ie they'll now believe his human rights are being oppressed because of his views (we've seen similar madness from an individual on this forum).
