fascist views
Which page is that on, I've just got one of the leftist propaganda publications? 😆

I'm not talking about YL, as I think you know. The general strategy of calling everybody you don't agree with a Nazi, fascist, thick, red neck, on and on and on, undermines any thing you say and alienates people whose views are fairly mainstream. The more people do it the more they make the Left unpalatable to those in the middle. If the Left are determined to make themselves unelectable with such hyperbolic nonsense their voters will go elsewhere.

Is that a bit like those on the right labelling everyone as woke?

This is the Yaxley-Lennon thread, so of course you are.

He's a fascist, and his views aren't mainstream.

I stand by my views. He doesn't, because he's a coward.

No, I'm not, I'm talking about the general drift, on both sides, to be increasingly llama drama about the views of others. The end result is polarisation and people being alienated from what would be their usual political persuasion. The Left are more prone to this, and because Republican/Conservative voters will nearly always hold their nose and still vote Trump (or Tory UK), in the US if they don't regain the middle ground it will be 4 years of Trump followed by 4 years of Vance.
