Like all vehicles Tesla have mechanical door latches inside. Like all vehicles the side glass is tempered and will shatter instantly upon a sharp impact.

You do know model 3 and Y have normal handles. Model S and X are the ones with retractable handles.

So it's not impossible to gain quick access.

Also probably you dont know EVs have far lower incidents of fires than internal combustion engine vehicles.
