TBH, without knowing who prepared the chart and what methodology they used we can't tell. However the fact that they put Labour on the right of the chart would strongly suggest that they are a leftie.

Given that the chart includes BNP and UKIP, I would suggest it's quite an old chart

That's not the point though, is it?
House!

It would be fun to have him on here though 😇

He'd need to stick to NCAP, the amount of moderated posts he would have been subject to on cyclechat would have upset him.

Apparently Ms Badenoch had been offered a privy council briefing on the Afghan Data Leak and she'd declined because, despite having no idea what it was about she thought these briefings were only useful to her about half the time and thus she couldn't be bothered.

Hence (in part) her lack of questions on the issue, her lack of holding the Government to account.

As a country we are füched until we get some half decent politicians to office.

Is this the same Ms Badenoch that accused Starmer of ducking out of PMQs when he was at the NATO summit?

If Badenoch was a football manager, who would she be?

I would say Andre Villas Boas. Trying hard to emulate Jose Mourhino, but even less qualified, arrogant without the charm and ultimately destined to leave the profession entirely.

This is a very good read, even if it doesn't have Dunt's normal swearing quotient.

https://iandunt.substack.com/p/i-watched-the-kemi-badenoch-interview-bab

She is the failed experiment of a conservative culture which can only think in terms of owning-the-libs, which has stopped functioning with any kind of seriousness and instead become lost down the X rabbit hole. She is plainly useless. But the real disdain must be reserved for the journalists, politicians and party members who elevated her to this position.

As the interview ends, you can almost hear the relief in her voice. Another torment ticked off the list. On she trundles towards her political demise.

We have a government with a massive majority. We have a right-wing which seems to be radicalising more by the day. We urgently need an effective leader of the opposition, who might scrutinise the government and try to influence the direction of the British right. Instead, we have this broken toy, someone who is just too strange to operate successfully in electoral politics. A meme merchant in place of a leader.
