I'll have to disagree. Not one of them looks as though they could climb a lamppost to put up a flag.

The tall fella doesn’t need a ladder.

Even if I don't always agree with Ian Dunt, I do enjoy his writing (and sometimes splendid swearing)

Where is the party that will work to lift the poor, unemployed and homeless?

Who will get companies and bureaucracy working for the health, wealth and happiness of the public?

A bit like socialism or even one nation Tories.

I expect Kemi will pick up this idea when she next browses NCAP. You're welcome Kemi.

Her 1 year of “no challenge” is up now.

Then today's story is rather unfortunate.
Unless the strategy is to get pushed out before it gets worse.

Well, I don't suppose that this was her 'vision'... even as someone who wanted to punish the Tories for what they did from Johnson onwards, beyond the immediate amusement of this, I find it sad that the party could be heading off to oblivion, rather than arguing for a moderate centre-right pragmatic future: even if you don't agree with that prospectus, someone should be putting forward its merits.

Sadly, I think it's too late to save, even if they ousted Badenoch and magically found someone competent and sensible to steer a new path.

The Conservative and Unionist party must be just about ripe for a Mike Ashley buyout.
