How broad a range do you want?

Teasa, BYD, Polestar, Hyundai, Ford, Mercedes, Jaguar, Fiat, Mini, Skoda, Rolls Royce, BWM, Audi, Peugeot, Citroen - pretty much every car manufacturer that existed plus a number of electric only companies make electric cars. Toyota is one of the last hold outs and their EV is due out next year.

There was some kind of weird compact VW electric van thing behind me earlier. Hideous looking vehicle, but not as bad as the Cybertruck.

What's wrong with the ID buzz. Another decent looking vehicle.

Toyota, Peugot, Daihatsu and Citroen share resourses. The drivetrains/engines are often shared with the exterior being unique
It is the way forward, even more so with EV.
Yep. Manufacturers have shared resources for years.

I guess other companies do similar.
'Tesla delayed a recall for four more years, until Chinese regulators pushed for one. China’s State Administration for Market Regulation, in a statement, cited a “risk of accidents” in extreme cases of the aft-link part failure. Yet the automaker never recalled the part in the United States and Europe despite reports of frequent failures globally.'

Tesla gets tagged with once-unthinkable call: ‘Sales will fall’

Tesla is no longer a red-hot growth stock. Chief executive officer Elon Musk has said as much.

But even by that new standard – with growth forecasts on Wall Street sinking rapidly – the grim sales prediction from a key Tesla analyst on March 13 was still shocking. There will be zero growth in sales volumes for the electric-vehicle (EV) maker in 2024, Wells Fargo’s Colin Langan said. And in 2025, it will be worse yet: Volumes will drop.

Shares of the company reacted appropriately, dropping 4.5 per cent to close at a 10-month low of US$169.50 (S$225.80) on March 13. The stock has now fallen 32 per cent in 2024, missing out on a broader rally that has pushed the S&P 500 Index up 8.3 per cent.

It might help if his designers could come up with something that looks less like a computer mouse.

They do look generic. The one he sent to space for some reason is probably only there to keep his fellow Aliens away with the power of boredom.

Accusing someone of being behind a certain account, and then assume guilt if they refused to respond. Just because they call themsleves ''journalist'' or ''researchers'' doesn't make it any different.
X is correct to suspend account that harras someone just because they think he/she/whatever made content they don't like. Just because some far left lunatics specialise in harrasments and writing lots of BS to justify it does not make it ok.

This is a problem area. Musk takes a pretty un-nuanced approach to free speech. i.e. that anyone on X should be free to say anything they want. Where this falls down is that it doesn't take into account any limitation to prevent harm. His thought process seems to be that people should be free to cause harm, to spread disinformation, etc. So it's fine to have a neo-nazi account, or a hammas account or a pro-ISIS account and I think his view is that what people say is not his companies problem. If a country has a law against something - say hate speech, it's down to that country to enforce it.
