We can’t get rid of bad people. Nigel Farage is all over GB news and others places. Trump won’t go away no matter what the courts do to him.
Decent people like Jezza Corbyn and Robert Kennedy Jr are smeared with character assassination because the big establishment are scared to death by them.

Their ( Farage, Johnson and Trump) talent is to be endlessly newsworthy and entertaining. The second they become dull and boring they will be gone.

Unfortunately the way to be entertaining is to smash all conventions of decency and integrity.

We have yet to find a way to tackle this phenomenon.

One of the things I find a bit irritating about Johnson going is the whole 'Well at least he was a bit of a character' tropes. Do we really need colourful characters when what we really mean by colourful is people who are self-serving and untrustworthy? I don't really want colourful mavericks in charge of the country.

That's odd, he seems to have replaced it with this comment about the same front page. It isn't as good as the original. To paraphrase, Johnson is complaining that a wonder drug still allows him to do whatever the hell he likes.
