'Superflu', my arse. It's called 'flu'. Or 'influenza' if you've got lots of Letraset left over.
I'm just wondering whether I'll get to the meeting in Paris.
99 mph gusts now recorded in the Scilly Isles.
Stil some way off the winds recorded atop Ventoux mind!

Not been able to find a live feed from the Scillies - only Looe, which looks fairly calm. Though Aidan McGivern did warn that it could change in a short space of time, given where the centre of the storm was and how tight the band of silly winds (SWIDT?) would be.
But look at the graph as of week 48, and you can see why they were worried.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
It passed through Looe at about 6. They had 75mph I believe. Or they did in Polperro.
Thanks. I found a couple of ones on the Scillies, but pretty much all you can see is random horizontal rain. Ho hum, no live disaster video feed for me tonight then.
Just watch the BBC news channel. That was you get to see the only idiot still outside in it.
Live TV? No licence, no VPN... so, tricky...
Is BBC world available in the hotel you are staying at?
I wasnt being serious. I know you have a wind up radio, that you melt snow on the jotul and use a bed pan if it's too cold to go to the out house.Hotel? Only one letter out. No TV at my fartiflette-powered hovel.
