Once had a bunch of drunk students ring the doorbell at about 1am. They had heard a noise and thought there was a party so thought they would ask if they could join in. This whole debacle has similar "vibes".

I've read and considered this carefully, and the net result will be to increase the cost of getting a haircut from someone with the required V level. This seems like a bad thing.
