He is a big fan of WWE, and so are much of his fan base who are familiar with the genre.

It’s all about performative disagreement, overblown lies and childish false animosity.

He has no sense of diplomacy, just wants to cause faux outrage for the entertainment of his base who are no longer buying the cool aid.

It is. I'm not being entirely facetious about implying that this is symptomatic of why the US is weird. That article says that a roundabout reduces the risk of accidents by 80%, but I guess that, even with that knowledge, they think that it's still not worth investing in roundabouts.

I was once told, by a colleague who was a traffic engineer, that roundabouts (particularly mini-roundabouts) do not reduce the rate of accidents, but, they reduce the speed of accidents, just reducing damage and injury. No idea if that is true or not.

@Pross will know, I suspect, but it sounds plausible. Also, if some lunatic tries driving straight through one at high speed, they get to do an Evel Knievel stunt before killing themselves (and hopefully not others).
