I need to check the OED, but is the definition of 'charisma' being orange, narcissistic, and smelling of unchanged nappies?

Oh yeah maybe that's why Republicans are so keen on working out, in order to have a body that would appeal to Trump, in the same way that MAGA women seem to have, erm, a 'certain look'.

It feels like the US has retreated somewhat from that era because Trump has validated the latent racism that is propelling so much of the Right around the world.

I'm not sure where this quote originated, but I've just seen it on Bluesky – I think there's some truth in it, even if the past ten years of Trump are partially as a result of the US electorate not bothering to vote in sufficient numbers because they thought that 'all politicians are the same'.
