Didn't senator Chris vanhollen just fly to central America to meet and plead for the release of MS13 gang member in prison?
No.

He was trying to secure the release of an American citizen who was incorrectly deported. Mr Garcia had lived in the US for 14 years and has a wife and three children. The "evidence" of him being an MS13 gang member is based on him wearing a Chicago Bulls sweatshirt when he arrived in America and having some tattoos. An anonymous source claimed that he was a "chequero" - which is someone who could be recruited to a gang, not a gang member. He left Mexico after being threatened an extorted by Barrio-18 another Mexican cartel. He attended all is yearly check ins.

He was accused of of beating his wife in 2021 but he and his wife worked through their problems and no action was taken. He was also accused of human trafficking on the basis that when stopped for speeding he had 8 people in his truck, none of whom had luggage. No case was lodged and he was known to transport groups of construction workers between work sites.

The point is that he is an American citizen and "thinking that he might be an MS-13 gang member" isn't a crime. Thought crime is not yet illegal in the US, although I think Trump is working on it.

If you try, you can find these facts for yourself. I know you can do it.

He's seen more court rooms than I've had hot dinners.

He was identified many years ago as a MS13 gang member

Irrelevant how long he's lived there or the children he's had.

Completely wrong.

Garcia ended up in the USA as he was getting away from the gangs that the idiots on the right accuse him of being a member of. He stood up to the gangs and, as a result, his life was in danger. He never wanted to be a member of MS13 or any other gang hence why there were risks to his life. If he was a terrorist, he would never have been given a green card and the Supreme Court would not have voted 9-0 against the Trump dictatorship telling them to bring him back. Six of those SCOTUS judges were Trump appointees.

The Nazi regime running the US Gov sent him back there because of racism. Pure and simple.

Ms13 is an illegal gang in the USA. His immigration status marked him MS13.

Given the current stance to send back all illegals he has been sent back to El Salvador.

Having a green card isn't a permanent right to stay and can be revoked at anytime

Did you read my post?

He is not an MS13 gang member.

Don't take my word for it, see the SCOTUS and their judgement.

You have taken a leaf out of Mein Fuhrer’s playbook. When called out on your bullshit, you simply repeat the lie as if it’s a fact.
Wrong is wrong. It should be your middle name.

Now you’re complicating things for poor Andy by asking him to understand that.

Not really. MAGAndy, and all the hordes of cretins like him, don't want or need the inconvenience of verifiable facts. They have their billionaire demigods & countless shrieking, radical extreme-right accounts to do their 'thinking' for them, tell them what to believe, who to hate, and who deserves to be deported - or even burned to death - for crimes they didn't commit.

Thinking is too much hard work it seems.
