Maybe somebody should point out what Netanyahu is doing ... and who is providing the bombs ... and who is providing political support ...“I’m not happy with what Putin’s doing. He’s killing a lot of people. ...
but he’s sending rockets into cities and killing people, and I don’t like it at all.”
If it would be such a great investment and is so badly needed, it does beg the question why in the "big beautiful bill", the requested funding for such colleges didn't substantially increase. I'm sure the wealthy corporations and individuals could afford to lose $3bn in tax cuts between them.

Although I doubt most MAGA will make this connection.
Personally I am absolutely sure of it, whilst those who are educated should follow the dictat.I suspect the individuals lurking behind this would prefer a compliant, not too well-educated workforce.
This sort of thinmk seems to be happening a lot and to me means there is no longer "rule of law" in the |US. Trump in effect taking the role of judge and jury. I can't find any justification as to why this individual was pardoned, he was found guilty, I see it as a serious offence.Trump announces full pardon for Virginia sheriff convicted of bribery
...
Jenkins was convicted by a jury in December 2024 for accepting more than $75,000 in bribes in exchange for appointments as auxiliary deputy sheriffs.
...
He [Trump] said Jenkins was a “victim of an overzealous Biden Department of Justice” and a “wonderful person”

Message from Trump's US: bribery and corruption are quite acceptable and when courts "stick their noses in" will go unpunished.

Maybe they need a good University ... like Harvard ... oops, too late. Trouble educate people and they'll recognise the twaddle they're being fed for what it is.A large innumerate individual did some manmaths and calculated the savings at $400Bn, based on $1200 a month.
(a) He is out by a factor of about 4 even using manmaths.
(b) This has been debunked already. Aside from anything else, payments automatically stop past 115.
