I think the Newsom trolling is a virus that's spreading.
I don't think we should be worried about a 3rd term for Trump as he won't make it that far but I think we should still be concerned about the post Trump era and possible election interference.

My thoughts that he'll be dead before 2028. Possible kidney failure is amongst all sorts of medical opinions plus the dementia is a certainty. That, there is no doubt. He's getting IV something regularly (hence the bruising on his hands), he apparently has a catheter, his ankles are swollen due to chronic venous insufficiency or it's to do with the kidneys. 'He's overweight and too stupid to change his diet' (former medic to Trump).

"Democrats to get their act together" ought to be on the political jokes page. They might just manage a sternly worded letter or two, expressing grave concerns, then go back to talking about "working across the aisle", whilst Republicans are shitting in the aisle then setting fire to the building.

I'd have thought that Newsom is nailed on for the next leader. His time as Governor will soon be up and he Is already attacking Trump and MAGA.

He's certainly making himself visible, and the attacks seem to be needling the right people, though he's such a polished performer, with slicked-back hair, shiny teeth, and stats galore at his fingertips, he could be a very successful car salesman. I'd prefer Buttigieg, or Ossoff (who both come across as more human), but maybe the Democrats need a very good car salesman next.
