I am always cautious of Dr Google.
Maybe he's just an old fat f*cker who eats stuff that clogs up his arteries.
Apparently he wears adult nappies too.
There's also the outline of a little box that seems to appear on his chest in many photo's/video's that suggest some sort of defib or heart regulator. He wears baggy clothing to conceal it.
The fluid retention will be being treated with diuretics but long term use of diuretics is Nephrotoxic.

I would say that the outbursts and the rampant Truth Social posts point towards Dementia. I don't care, the more illnesses the better. Maybe he'll pop his clogs in the night which will be pop corn time as the Vance's and the Rubio's and the Millers and that wrinkly prune RFK jnrs arrange themselves under the gazing eye of the rabid MAGA's left in the wilderness.

As much as I don't like the guy for a variety of reasons, dementia or alzheimers isn't something I'd wish on anyone. And to be honest I think the speculation around it isn't much better than what Trump and his MAGAlytes aimed at Biden.
He's a weapons grade bell end and clearly unfit for office, but as he's the face which shadowy weirdos hide behind they'll keep rolling him out until things get even more ridiculous than they already are.

That's very honourable of you but the man has zero morals, has raped/molested women, is wreaking havoc on the US and the world and has been convicted of various felonies on countless charges.
His administration is killing people directly through bombing fishing boats, through detention centres and in foreign prisons and indirectly through health care cuts, cuts to the national emergency network/meteorology reporting and bizarre quackology which deters people from vaccinations. And we do not know how many innocents have died in Ukraine as a result of pulling the rug from under their feet not withstanding the elongation of the conflict as a result. Let's not forget the withdrawal of USaid and it's consequences.
I do not care what finishes him off. All I wish is that it comes as soon as possible. No one would say they didn't wish Alzheimer's on Hitler or Pol Pot or Idi Amin or Putin or whoever despot or tyrant you care to choose. He's hardly your lovable grandad who's sadly loosing his marbles.

Plus next lot might find some of the "changes" useful. Just like the Republicans don't want to discard the filibuster (can be used against them when they don't have quite the same electoral outcome), maybe a Democratic President might like the idea of complete immunity from any prosecution, might find lack of press scrutiny useful, etc. Easy for the Democrats to cary foul when it's being used to implement changes they disagree with but when the tables are turned they might also find they make full use of those the Trumpton nonsense.
eg I might argue against tax loopholes for higher income groups but were my income to then move me into those groups I might not argue so strongly about the exemptions, but rather make use of their availability.

I like to think that most people are better than that and can see that he has completely broken the US.
It needs to be fixed. Alternatively, it will become the next UK. A former world power.
