I like to think that most people are better than that and can see that he has completely broken the US.
It needs to be fixed. Alternatively, it will become the next UK. A former world power.

I think the younger Democrats, rather than the dinosaurs still left in the Senate and Congress, are more likely to grasp the nettle.

I admire your optimism.

This thread gets wilder. This (and the zero point woke essay) post does just what you guys accuse Andy of doing. Plucking social media posts from the web and taking them at face value or making speculative correlations.

They are even more batshit crazy than me-which is saying something

Looking good, gramps, though you might want to change your hairstylist and make-up artist, as I think they might be taking the mickey now.

I wonder how recoverable it is. Some aspects anyway eg US policy is now to be allies with Russia and to reject Europe. Countries can do whatever they want EXCEPT Europe who have to do what US says (expel immigrants and move far right wing). And maybe Europe/UK will read the new "US National Security Strategy" and realise what has been going on for some time (and Starmer will have to find another ring to kiss).

Building trust takes time and such broken trust might not be repairable for many many years.

No wonder the US Supreme Court is cooked. This is worthy of Cake Stop's legendary Manc33's "The laws of physics work differently in outer space".
