Fuuuuuck he's going to have to appoint people who are more conservative.

It shows that the Court is still prepared to enforce the constitution. Which has to be a good thing.
Though 3 judges did still vote in favour.
He will have to refund the taxes, but not sure how?

I wonder which ones will have unfortunate accidents so that Trump can appoint new ones that understand what is needed to Make America Great Again and allow him to do whatever he wants.

The Supreme Court have struck down Trump’s tariffs.
Just reported on the news.
The Supreme Court blocked the IEEPA statute tariffs. This legislation allows for targeted tarrifs not broader use.

Tariffs remain in effect under several different acts

Guess it's no surprise that the three tariff dissenters are Kavanaugh, Thomas, and Alito.

So 2 of Trump’s 3 picks voted against his wishes.
Still crazy how Obama deferred an appointment until after the Presidential election in 2016, but Trump didn’t do the same thing in 2020, in almost identical circumstances.
You would have a 4-4 split instead of the current 5-3 split.
Making the Supreme Court political is bonkers.

Trump's now even calling the Republican SC justices traitors, and has slapped a 10% tariff on the whole universe in a fit of pique... supposedly under another law, but that should get slapped down too.
