My post pertains to the law. Your post pertains to bigoty which is the preserve of ''insane'' or ''batshit crazy people'' to place it within your ordinary language.

My own birth certificate says ''girl''. Most ''sane'' people would understand what that means without listening to other people or reading down the law.
