My post pertains to the law. Your post pertains to bigoty which is the preserve of ''insane'' or ''batshit crazy people'' to place it within your ordinary language.

We don't need to define what a biological male and female are, which is why the law did not need to concern itself with it before, except for matters pertaining to marriage. When trans people have rights and adjust their biology, your biological make up remains unchanged.

You seem to confuse what you think of ''biological reality'' with biological necessity. We simply do not need every male and female to be capable of reproduction; nature does not construct 'reality' that way.

We need to be sure that all people have equal rights. We need to ensure that people do not harm each other regardless of identity. That is the legal reality.

What you are asking for is a bigots' charter. You can't understand why the law doesn't oblige you.

What the general public is demanding, women have their spaces and males have theirs.

If you're born male, you get to use male facilities or designated mixed facilities.

Males can not, should, will not be allowed in female specific areas.

Before you jump in with what about boys. Young boys have always been able to go with their mothers without any issues. Only when they reach a certain age they have to use male facilities
