Rejected. They are not providing unisex toilets out of some belief that it would be illegal not to, but purely because it makes the toilets easier to clean and allows the maximum number of customers to use them.

However the dress it. They need to go back to single sex toilets and changing areas. They have been captured with a recent leaflet sent to all staff pushing DEI agenda

@AuroraSaab Badenoch's message was not about whether separate facilities were legal so much as whether they are required.

How do you keep trans people out of their gendered facility and into the one determined by their birth sex?

Once legal clarity has been re- established.

Women then can tell trans to get out of their areas without any fear of repercussions.

All examples of an ideology leading instead of sensible decisions,

The point is when we question you about ''the truth'' and any random other poster you get an whole different defenition. Whilst there are indeed clear propaganda lies, it's important to state and realize every side and angle does that, i known its easier to pick out one random poster, but it's better to just work on good policies. and or advocating for those.

And you are any better? I mean you where celebrating an ''research'' that showed less than 1% of trans people regretted their decision and celebrated it with something like ''this closes the regret discussion'' that other posters quickly afterwards point out that it was an poor research that come down to ''butcher how do you rate your own meat'' and in my view actually does and dis-service to any trans person.
Because accurate regret rates are a important number, just as open and fair information about side effect what you can and cannot expect etc. etc.
Just as despite having nothing against trans people i can understand some of the arguments being made against children ''transitioning'' and changing pronounce without their parent knowledge, athletes not wanting to compete or having opposition against males who have transitioned, and the use off women only spaces only by women. interesting thing is that in a dutch university they now have three toilets one for women one for men and one for whatever, after muslim women complained about potential trans persons seeing them in a way that their religion doesn't like. Transwomen are women expect if apparently.

So the one blaming others to post propaganda, now come with an conspiracy ''normal people are way to stupid to understand'' it is indeed true that there is an big wealth gap, the most easiest way to change that is to make more social housing available instead of poorly build flats for way to much money. Sadly i don;t see that happening any time soon, but it has nothing to do with this topic. Are you running low on questionable research to post?

The wealthty trying or having control is nothing new, not now Sunak is at the Helm not when Boris was, Hell you known Blair is a multi milionaire too? I don't know if the Rwanda plan isn't back by public opinion it mostly seems a silly idea inherrented from the fact that they promised immigration control after Brexit whilst this wasn't a brexit benefit they could really ackomplish using our current laws and such. It seems to me the whole Rwanda plan will never take-off for the same reason, but just like many announced policies of the past months they all seem to have their final decision after the general election.

That is a bit too easy to be honest, and calling anyone who does not believe that statement to be true ''fools'' is disingenuous really. Surely there are wealthy people who enjoy everything that is happening against trans persons or immigration but that doesn't mean it's all one big conspiracy, that more something for certain facebook groups who also claim

I'm not replying to your never ending drivel any more. It's not that you use English as a second language, you're just an idiot.

Ah, DEI. The latest attack code of the US right-wing.

You are, of course, so staggeringly dim that won't realise that in opposing diversity, equity and inclusion you are, de facto, a proponent of exclusion, inequality and discrimination against minorities.

As if we didn't already know.

I'm not sure how you are getting that reading from the link. It says "Kemi Badenoch MP, is calling on members of the public to send real-world examples of public bodies and those that advise public or private bodiesthat could be wrongly stating that people have a legal right to access single-sex spaces according to their self-identified gender".

That seems a straightforward request for examples of misinformation coming from councils, government depts, schools and colleges, and who is promoting that disinformation to these organisations.

As several employment tribunals have shown, organisations who have followed Stonewall's employment advice have come a cropper.

How do you keep trans people out of their gendered facility and into the one determined by their birth sex?

It's not their gendered facility, any more than an under 18 football team is my
age-ed facility because I identify as 17. Exclusion is only allowed in those circumstances where it is a proportionate response to a legitimate aim - separation by sex in limited circumstances is one of those cases. As is age appropriate football teams.

How would you stop a 65 year old turning up to play in an under 18's game? You'd make sure everyone knew it was for under 18's. You'd make sure the under 18's knew they could complain if they wished. You'd make sure the organisers knew they were able to exclude by age if they wished. You'd direct the 65 year old to the appropriate provision.

What wouldn't be right would be if Age Concern went round schools, companies, and councils, telling them they have to let a 65 year old play in the under 18's if he or she identifies as 17.

This 'How are you going to stop them?' question is a bit odd. Firstly we manage to stop people doing all sorts of stuff fairly successfully. Second, just because things are sometimes difficult to enforce doesn't mean we shouldn't try.

Perhaps you guys could help by being more accommodating to your non conforming brethren in the male facilities.

It's always someone else isn't it? You just have nu arguments left so it's easier to claim it's the messenger i understand, you known Facebook is the perfect place for people like you, their algorithm collects people who only say yes and amazing to every rant you write, maybe better for you?

Sensible decision.

Life's actually much nicer without reading the rantings of a deranged weirdo.
Stupid nazi hitler fan again..

You know that's exactly how Andy hoovers up his collection of random anti-trans nonsense from high schools in America and sporting events he's never heard of before, right?
