The law does moron. People are the sex it says on their birth certificate. I'm subdividing those people who are men and those people who are women. It's exactly the same as what you've been saying you want.
And that's it.
Even the fake data sheet shows 103 women in prison for sexual offences. It shows 11 660 men in prison for sexual offences. It shows 92 men who think of themselves as having some female tendencies based on which box they ticked. It shows them all segregated by sex. The number of men in prison for sexual offences in 2023 is 11660 + 92 = 11 752.
There are more women in prison than men who have ticked a box.
But most of all, even the fake data does not show trans women with a GRC in prison in England or Wales for sexual assaults against women, let alone in a women's toilet.
The Supreme Court judgment relates only to trans people with a GRC and not those without.
If that's what we are discussing, then all of this nonsense is irrelevant, because we don't know from any data if there are any trans women with a GRC in prison for committing crimes against a woman in a women's space. The greatest probability is that there are none, unless you can drag up a single case by scraping the internet.
Together you are sounding victorious and celebrating a great victory. The accompanying data does not show that women have been made safer.
If anybody thinks that a sign on a door will keep out a man determined to assault a woman, they need to get tested. In this respect nothing will change.
The number of trans women assaulted in men's toilets will probably rocket. Already masculine presenting lesbians are being directed to men's toilets despite the guidance not even being in place.
This is exactly what I have been predicting would happen in this situation.

No fruitloops, trans women with a GRC get to count as women - and not ''apparently'', that remains the law. The Supreme Court have not undone the GRA. What they have done is made a group of people with their sex on the birth certificates unprotected by bigots who are now declaring open season on them for discrimination.
I don't have to look for evidence of that, because that fact is being demonstrated in real time, here in the moment, by you.

There were 3 in 2021 when the self ID re jails fuss kicked off.
One was a sex offender with 10 counts of child sex abuse. Not on hrt, had no surgery. Jailed in 2019. Cannot be named because of the children.

So 3 at one point, in a country with a similar population to Yorkshire. That's quite an over representation, especially of sex offenders.

And if male strangers in a male toilet are dangerous, why aren't male strangers (transwomen) in a female toilet not dangerous? What makes one set of men magically safe for women when the others aren't?
Most of them seem are fine with the very occasional slip up. After all, now they get to exclude men from their meet ups and clubs without fear of being sued. Men can't be lesbians and many lesbians seem genuinely overjoyed at the court ruling which acknowledges their same sex attraction. As the court said, saying men can be women renders same sex attraction meaningless.
Even if you're a man with a GRC you aren't a lesbian and now lesbian groups don't have to treat you as though you are.
Stop this ridiculous attempt at guilt tripping that if we don't let men into jails, sports, refuges, lesbian groups, and give up our language, and let them be lesbians, then someone might give a short haired woman a funny look at the sinks ....
I don't know any women, lesbian, non conforming, or any other permutation of woman, who thinks this is an issue worth giving up our spaces for.

Now on law, there is no ambiguity. Its going to take a little while for this to sink in to those men or even companies that flout the law.
Women now have to supreme court judgement as a weapon to go after individuals and companies
I'm sure there will be enough solicitors who will take individual cases for women

There were a small number of trans women housed in a separate wing on the female estate in Limerick. Not only did they not have access from their wing to the rest of the estate, but they were held in solitary isolation for 23 hours per day. So your narrative of them running around rampant in a women's prison is (as usual) a lie.
I admit I haven't kept up to date with the Irish prison situation, though I believe that Classic carefully examines this.
On the occasion that I last looked, one prisoner was a foreign national who had travelled to Ireland, was detained, and later deported. One was a trans woman who had indeed committed serious offences, quite properly was imprisoned with no access to women. There were, if my memory serves me correctly a further two (maybe three), these prisoners were being held for prostitution, which was an offence at that time, but no longer is. There was a disturbingly high number of cis women being held for prostitution. The big lie was that Limerick was a women's prison. It had been so; however it was converted. As a side note, I understand that Limerick is an awful environment for prisoners held there.

Chopin was said to have been delicate or frail, while his sometime lover Georg Sands was masculine looking wore men's trousers, shirts, jackets and shoes, drank alcohol and smoked cigars.
