I await confirmation from the Cyclechat gents as to which of those 4 have made enough of an effort to 'look like a woman' to be given a pass into women's spaces. What's the pass mark?

If only there were a more straightforward way of deciding than how you look.

Were any of these pictures taken in women's spaces? No? Then the question is as irrelevant as you are. What people do at home is none of your business.

An alternative take is that folk are (finally) realising that Posie Parker doesn't play fair and will twist anything by taking it out of context to suit her agenda

Its not her videoing those men attacking her, it's others around.

Like I said much earlier, I wouldn't be at all surprised if the whole trans thing, just melted away in short order.

The law has been clarified, women were being gaslighted. The Supreme court judgement has given women the weapon to fight back.

TiMs now know they've lost and effectively packed up gone home, evidenced by no threatening men attending KJK talk..

Looking forward to the guidance telling everyone men aren't allowed in women's safe spaces this summer

Most are taken outside or doing selfies, then posting it on a women only dating app- hoping to bag an unsuspecting blind woman or even a butch lesbian

I'd bet their just dying to meet up 🤣

It's relevant because we're being told on here that how a man looks is relevant to whether they are to be regarded as a woman and as such are entitled to enter women's single sex spaces and services.

It isn't relevant. Their sex remains unchanged and they should be treated as we treat other men in these situations.

No, what we are trying to discuss is that not all men look manly and not all women look womanly. There is no "entitlement" but there is also no law that bans men from women's loos and vice versa. Only etiquette and custom. Thus obsessing about toilets is irrelevant.

JK Rowling's point about transwomen accessing women's refuges is more relevant, but detailed checks can be carried out when admitting someone to a refuge.

That must win a prize for the most fatuous case attempt on Cycle Chat. Chose 4 terrible pictures and try to maintain these are the typical examples. You are destroying your own case here.

Can you explain why the individuals in those pictures aren't 'trying to look like women' enough for you? Why do they (presumably) not count as women but other men do?

If you can explain it without resorting to sexist stereotypes about clothing, make up, mannerisms, or feelings in your head, that would be great.

I agree it's not about toilets. The harping on about toilets is because it's the aspect that garners most sympathy whereas it's much harder to win support for a man who wants to use an all women race crisis service or play in women's sports. It also allows men to profess faux concern for a group of women they've never given a toss about before - lesbians and non stereotypical women - in order to support men who want access to these things.

It's the pro trans side who think looks are relevant btw.

But you have previously stated "It's not the clothes someone wears that's the issue."

So what is the issue, not what you feel it is. That part has been all over the place. You care not one bit about young boys, lumping them in with men. Yet you have said more than once you'd happily use a camera in a changing area where they are likely to be. The ends justifying the means.
That says more about your mindset than anyone on here.

It's one of the few defences that women have, that deters the offender. Being recorded where you're not meant to be, puts them off doing it again. They fear being reported and photos helps quickly identify the perpetrators

Seems to come down to chromosomes. Seems people find a Y-chromosome unacceptable. To me people are people and their genertic make-up is of no great importance. Some seem to want to divide people, "my my tribe". Personally most people in the world seek pretty much the same thing whatever their skin colour, their religion, their genetics.

Ian

That's because you're a man. You don't have to think about your sex because the world has never treated you differently on the basis of it.

I'm white so I don't have to think about my skin colour much, if at all. I wouldn't dream of telling black people that their skin colour is of 'no great importance' when it's been the basis of their oppression for centuries.

Women are asking for so little and yet even that is denied and presented as prejudice against the 'unacceptable y chromosome' people.
