Im trying to understand. Either I'm being exceedingly dim or you're not explaining it very well. Is 'pansexual' is or isn't it not a *sexual orientation*? Or wot.

Asexual, demisexual, padiosexual... There's a whole spectrum. I've already given you my interpretation of pansexual and you dismissed it as just being bi, so what's the point?

Sounds like my wife might identify as demisexual then, though I rather think if I hadn't passed the first impressions test the relationship probably wouldn't have got off the ground to begin with. One of the reasons all this stuff about dozens of different sexualities is being promoted is that thanks to puberty blockers there are going to be a lot of young adults, especially young men, who have no sexual function whatsoever and no romantic/sexual desires either. Better to call these young people aromantic - not attracted to anyone - that reflect on a movement that made them unable to have a romantic relationship as adults.
