Nice to see the Hamas top brass coming out with their share of the nutty lies. Both sides simply can’t be trusted.

He referred to hostages as guests. And said no women, children or civilians were targeted on 7th October.

It could be argued, perhaps in bad taste, that he’s right. As I pointed out upthread, every Israeli, except those who’ve devoted their life to God, has to perform
military service and be available as a reservist . So, today’s child is tomorrows IDF personnel. So, they are fair game for murder.

It’s as incendiary as the view of Isaac Herzog at the press conference.

As I said further upthread, hamas don't deserve the time of day, let alone the benefit of the doubt.

Why?

Hamas is a political party that does great humanitarian work in the Palestinian territories.

They also have a military wing which, many believe is providing a legitimate resistance to occupation.

If one approves of the Ukrainian right to self-defend or the Taliban or the Iraqi, then, surely Hamas is entitled too.

from nov '22 so Hamas terrorist live in palaces while from the building materials they don't steal they make some sub par housing for their matyrs. (yes Hamas doesn't see palestinians as Humans, in case you didn't known. There are also older video's of Hamas dragging people over the street tied behind a motorbike because they suspected them of being ''spy's''.
You can say about Isreal what you want trying to claim Hamas are actually pretty nice guys is a lie, they are terrorist.

And an other one protected by Hamas stealing from poor Palestinians (and now death)

Quite an interesting twitter if you want some look into someone who doesn't like Hamas but isn't pro Isreal either.(as he i think is from Gaza but that isn't very clear from his twitter, probably because Hamas doesn't like him for some reason.
Hamas or the Taliban are absolutely not the same as the other two.

Yeah, I saw a similar interview on furrin TV (something arabic? Not Al Jazeera) about a week ago, where the suit made exactly the same absurd claim.
Seems a strange way to run your PR ...

They are both entitled. That’s why the majority of us are taking no sides. Notice how war is been normalised to us on purpose. Just sit back with a pot of tea and Tunnock biscuit.

Ukraine are not calling for the total destruction of Russia.

I support Palestine’s right to exist. I don’t support Hamas.

Douglas Murray eh? I'd take anything he says with a massive pinch of salt, considering some of his more out there viewpoints.

Good shout on the Tunnock's though - his dad's Scottish so I imagine they'll be a popular choice.

This isn’t wholly true. Hamas revised their original charter and have said many times they accept Israel with its 1967 borders.

Of course, you fail to mention or are oblivious to the Israeli right’s desire to rid the ‘Ishmaelites’ from the Kingdom of David.

If anybody wants a total ‘destruction’, it’s the Israeli right and their Protestant backers in the West.

Murray is an ultra British nationalist and has a history of anti-immigrant and anti-Islamic rants.

But, there is one things he’s right on. Muslim voices in support of Palestine are a lot louder than those in support of Syria, Yemen, Kashmir, Kurdistan and so on. And his reasoning for why this may be is also worthy. It’s often not about the Palestinians, but the Jews. If Jordan or
Egypt were doing to the Palestinians what Israel does, chances are no one would care.
