Well as Rusty said, the last 12 are the fault of the 10 before apparently, perhaps you'd like to fill in a few details for us?

And if Labour get in next time will it be the fault of the Tories or the previous Labour government or the one before that etc etc?

We're you happy until 12 yrs ago?

Was this forum going during the Blair years and what was the general feeling back then?

Solidarity comrade !

You left wing f*ckers do realise you've been in the wilderness for so long and done nothing but moan that if and when your time comes you need to improve all our lives considerably or else you're going to look like a right bunch of c*cks, I might even vote Labour myself next time to see what you have to offer.
I was only joking.....

You know when all serious commentators and students of the political game, that have been around for donkey's years, are saying that they have never seen a shithow like this one, they mean it don't you?

Totally irrelevant post, why quote me and just say something with no relevance to the quote?

What you meant to say was if Labour get in and nothing really improves it's still the fault of the Tories.

Well, no, the point that was being made was that the Tories have spent much of the last 12 years blaming the problems that they created on the preceding years that Labour were in power, or, quite remarkably but seemingly often unnoticed by their supporters, promising to fix the problems that "the previous administration" made, which of course was usually them.
We're in a very bad place now, whoever is in power is going to have a massive job ahead of them. Perhaps you can point to what the Tories have improved over the past 12 years, what would you like to see more of. I mean sure, off the top of my head, food banks, inequality, NHS and GP wait times, relative poverty, hate crimes, the wealth gap and homelessness have all increased over the last 12 years, but I wouldn't consider that an improvement.

Nope. It is literally impossible for Labour to get in and make things worse. There is *nothing* they could do to make the situation worse.
A lettuce could be Prime Minister and things would still get better. That's how far down the Tories have dragged government. Even staunch Tory voters are going

"D'yknow what - I reckon we give Starmer a go..."

Their biggest problem at the moment is that if there were an election now, they wouldn't just be beaten, they would be utterly destroyed. A landslide of cataclysmic proportions. They have reached the point where polls show that they would have 2 mps in parliament if there were an election. That isn't bad. That is beyond bad. So far beyond bad that even if they start running now and run for two whole years, they may still be too far away to recover.

It's the ultimate f*ckcluster s*itshow. There is no parallel in our political history for where we are now. It's that bad.
