There were 2 deaths at NHC last year & numerous stabbings

Yes there were.
It seems a few on here think it's an acceptable level of death, stabbings, rapes to have a party.

Nobody thinks stabbings and deaths are acceptable.
The question is what can government do. I believe there are around a million people attend Carnival.
One suggestion is to move it to Hyde Park.

No level of criminality (including stabbings and murders) is acceptable, but, is the level of crime at NHC any different to a "normal" day in London?

I thought this thread was on the non-NCAP forum when I replied, and assumed it would be about the carnival generally.
Silly me. Of course its on NCAP, so it’s been set up to allow the usual belligerent trolls to wang on about crime stats instead.
