Change phone supplier

get there earlier or wait a few minutes longer on the plane

We are no longer in the EEC, immediate benefit

we didnt get a referendum to join, but we got one to leave....you didnt like the answer, but thats democracey

Avoiding the issue, as usual.

Protection from UK suppliers gouging their customers with high roaming charges was a protection we enjoyed as EU members. Changing phone company won’t protect us from that.

The longer queues for UK passport holders can’t be avoided at passport control.

Too simplistic a statement. In what way(s) is this beneficial?

Welcome yourself into the new modern crisis
Anyone else missing arguments with @Pale Rider ? We didn't agree on much but at least he wasn't a complete imbecile.

I think he was capable of a reasoned argument even if he didn't always demonstrate that capability. But I guess the same could be said for many of us.

An additional point for all of us to remember, this forum may be unmoderated but it is likely not entirely unmoderated and its existence is down to the good grace of the site owner and administrator.

you can be a member of a forum just to make posts and not be part of a discussion
Yes you can but what benefit is derived from such behaviour? Isn't it a bit like randomly throwing provocative sentences into an ongoing pub conversation but not waiting for an answer? After a while I expect anyone doing that to get a reputation as the local argumentative loony and be avoided.
