Oh no!! Brexit not going quite as well as hoped

Why haven't they done so already then, because they would never win an election ever again.

Are you aware of the boiling frog metaphor?

Look at what you've listed, think about where we are with them today, then remember who's been in power for the past 12 years.
Javid said that Brexit would give the UK the opportunity to reduce workers rights.
The Tories removing the £20 uplift to UC.
Sunak is in the papers saying the NHS is in crisis, the man that's a member of the party that's been in power for the past 12 years, that's been in charge of the money for the past 2.5 years, and that was in America not so long ago having meetings with American health insurance companies.
It's not difficult to join up the dots.

Of course I want a decent NHS and worker's rights (I do work myself remember) and if I ever needed a 'social security net' I might even be able to use it, but what I object to is some kind of socialist, everyone should have the same and damn you for trying to better yourself attitude you seem to promote.
And Shep said - All humans are equal, but some humans are more equal than others...

The £20 was a temporary thing and you know that, personally I think they could have left it but they didn't have to give it in the first place.

I suppose you think the 80% furlough payment should have been 100% too?

I think private medical insurance is a good thing, I had it for years when I worked direct for Orange, but we do need to improve the NHS funding.

I bet few, if any, on here are struggling financially so it's all just signalling to me.

In fairness, I experienced border chaos in Europe a couple of weeks ago too, so Brexit can’t be responsible for the Dover mess, can it?

Leaving the uplift in place would have cost approx £6bn. Sunak has written off £10bn worth of dodgy PPE. Brexit divorce is costing an additional £10bn to the EU. The Gov spent £37bn on a track and trace that didn't work, on it goes. There's money for their mates, money for their fark-ups, but not for people that need, in your words, "a social security net".

I don't know what point you're making with furlough, too much, too little, the generosity of the government not letting people starve?

How much should you be earning before you're expected to take out private medical insurance?

Don't be silly.

So nothing in that post is relevant to brexit…..just more bullshit, except for the non evident brexit 10bn uplift….and no you cant quote the bbc or twitter as evidence, cause remainers never let brexiteers do the same.

you need to provide proper substantial evidence, remainer rules, so stick to them
