Wanted to order a jersey in the Rapha Sale with a gift card to use for part of the cost. On the website it says you can't redeem a gift card due to an ongoing technical issue and to email customer services. Email customer services and wait three days for a reply which then tells me to click on the drop down box on the website and input the voucher code. Always good when your own employees don't know what the website says. I am classing my interaction as banter as they are clearly a bunch of comedians.

I just did a comment on the Private Eye Bluesky post about Englandland, and asterisked "p*ssy" out of (slight) sensitivity to it being a corporate account.

Well, it's starting to look bluish now, I'd say, but I'd not decanted it when it was still hot (when I thought it was more purple). So I will see if it goes any bluer overnight, will try the vinegar test in the morning, and if all else fails boil some more and repeat it with me being more on the ball.
