Haha, trying to follow the heart rehab advice about using light weights to start getting the upper body back in shape, and realising that just the (metal) dumbbell bars without any weights on is still slightly heavier than what they recommend. Let's just say that I'm not going to be doing a Youtube video of my workout routine, as it feels silly enough already, even though I know it's sensible.

At least he's recognisable as who he is, unlike Jim Carrey after his latest cosmetic procedures. Travolta looks fine bald and with a greying beard. I don't know why he doesn't embrace how he looks rather than trying to pull off an avant guard vibe.

Not sure if I'm more excited by my new M-Audio midi keyboard ( tax-deductable £75) that fits perfectly on the table so I can use it in online lessons, or the blue toilet brush with indestructible bristles (£7.21) that'll keep the brown limescale under control more easily. Close call.
