I think Reform are still miles away from having the infrastructure/personnel to run the country (irrespective of their policies)

Anyone who thinks Reform can govern is in cloud cuckoo land. Anyone who thinks they will do a better job than Labour (like them or not) is also in cloud cuckoo land.
Of the few Reform run councils, they are in total disarray.

I still believe that faced with a ballot paper and their "X" potentially putting Farâge in No 10 a fair number will chicken out and vote elsewhere. Maybe I'm just over optimistic.

But a long time to next elections and a lot can change between now and then (plus Labour getting to realise how easy it is to cancel elections ...)

I would like to see how the c*nt fairs in Scotland.

The big challenge is finding someone they can put in front of the electorate/markets and say 'this person will run the UK economy'

They don't have that person (yet)

There was an opinion poll in the past week that put Farage behind all the other party leaders when faced with a head-to-head scenario.

Given that he's populating Reform with the Tories who did, this is curious messaging.

I sure @Stevo 666 will be able to rationalise it.
Or it's an excuse to hold a press announcement, get cameras and reporters in all focus on him (Faråge), lots of coverage on TV, etc.

Much of reporting covering Farâge but many of these migratory Tories quickly fade. eg what happened to Ms Dorries, but coverage on her joining and since then nothing (thank goodness).

Maybe it's more about Farăge than the latest to abandon the sinking ship.
