I looked up the 'no training' bit at the time, and it took me all of two minutes find and understand what the council's standing orders were that she complained about having no training on: they were pretty exemplary in their clarity.

So a person should stay in an abusive relationship or face being homeless. Sounds like a completely reasonable policy to me! I’m sure they just say stuff for attention like Trump. Either that or there some new story about their finances about to come out he needs to deflect from (again a standard from the Trump playbook).
