Apart from the usual grifter stuff I think that Reform is a PLC should be highlighted more often.

It’s a non-profit limited company now whereas it was previously a private limited company

It did actually get a short segment on BBC TV News, but, like you say, the way Farage gets an effective pass on just about everything, maybe after 24 hours of minor mentions at the fringes does seem to be the norm. The press seem to have a double standard, in that Reform get lots of airtime most of the time, as "they are leading in the polls", but as soon as something like this comes up, "Well, they aren't the government, so we'll find something about Angela Rayner to wang on about".

Well yes, it will be a total sham, I was just updating it's formal status. The idea of Farage / Tice and non-profit does not compute.

Thing is it's not just failing to declare eg free football tickets or anything. £5m buys a lot of favours and influence and failing to declare is very significant.

(Excl. charitable donations) Nobody gives away £5m without even indirectly expecting something in return at some point hence it the system of declarations being so important.
