Plenty of what Fagash spouts is thought through.
However, the thought is often how to gain votes, support, or money.

"...how to gain votes and support in order to gain money."
FTFY.

He sure is a canny operator, and has worked out how to press all the populist buttons and to evade responsibility for all the things that would have brought down a normal politician. It's just a pity that he has taken his lead from Johnson and Trump, and truth is not something he considers helpful or necessary, as long as he gets the votes, support and money. He's a fraud, a confidence trickster, a dangerous populist who is playing a portion of the UK electorate like a fiddle. He cares not a jot about them, but he needs their votes.

Other than that, great guy.

Ha, the brass neck. Farage makes up some guff about being hacked by Russians to try to deflect from the £5mn bung, then suddenly the press can't ask questions about the claim, because it's 'private'. Nope, sorry, it's not, Danny. Your man made it public.

Just over two weeks since the local elections and they(Reform UK)have managed to lose some 22 councillors for a variety of reasons.
The list as it stands:
Lost on election day:
Mike Morris
Clarence Mitchell
Alan Cook
Mark Shooter
Kira Gabbert

Resigned:
Daniel Devaney
Stuart Prior
Jay Cooper
Barry Martin
Stephen Mousdell
Andrew Harrison
Kenny Hope
Danielle Cavanagh

Defected:
Nick Farmer
Ashley Monk
Jo Monk
Matthew Jones

Suspended:
Ben Rowe
Glenn Gibbins
Paul Heyward
Nathaniel Menday
Laura Newham

It will be interesting to see the results for the by-elections to replace them, ie will the original party be rehabilitated, or, will they still be kicked out, and, if kicked out, by whom?

My daughters work in a pub under a zero hours contract (student job). There's no overtime, and the only day that there's any kind of extra pay is Christmas day. The other workers that are full time are under the same conditions. From what my daughters say of their friends in other pub chains or retail the situation is the same. I've heard that among supermarkets only Lidl and Aldi pay overtime.

Regarding care jobs, the situation is mixed. I know people who get overtime and people who work under similar conditions to zero hours contracts.

so, that's a "No" then.

So part time workers won’t qualify and nor will anyone on a salary.
And what happens at the margin of £75k?
I don’t think anyone has thought this through.

Well, the wisdom on here seems to be that hardly anyone gets paid for overtime, so, hardly anyone will benefit, it would appear.

Same thing that happens at any arbitrary "boundary", those on the wrong side of it lose out. Eg Winter Fuel Allowance, or any Means Tested Benefit of your choice
