Farage is also wildly speculating mentioning a mysterious car, and claiming it's not a "bulgary gone wrong" but all targeted.

Indeed…

From what I can see of it, from what I can make out, this was premeditated murder.”
The Reform leader refused to speculate on whether the alleged murder was “politically motivated”.
“Whether it was politically motivated, whether it was somebody with a grudge, I don’t think it pays at this moment in time to speculate,” he added.”

"The Reform leader refused to speculate" whilst speculating. He really is a piece of sh!t, he is going to use the murder of someone he knew to whip up his supporters and continue to present himself as being similarly at risk

My thoughts exactly. It would be quite sickening if he tries to go for a sympathy vote on the back of this tragedy.

Hopefully people will see him for what he is.

He'll be cute about it, vague little hints like in the statement you quoted about it being "politically motivated". Just enough to incite a bit of fervour amongst his supporters and cast himself as a victim too, but not blatant enough to be so obvious.

He probably doesn’t have to say anything. The likes of the Telegraph with throw in little prompts for his supporters to nibble on. He’ll try and keep himself above it all and beyond reproach.

On the other hand, wait for the conspiracy theories to start. I mean the timing? 3 days after a huge error of judgement and public humiliation.

How ironic that people on here are using this death to make anti Farage political claims that he will use it for political capital.

You couldn't make the hypocrisy up

Regarding the timeline inconsistencies I mentioned a couple of times. There was a typo in the report I had read. Because of that it appeared that the police had been called on Friday, after Widdecombe's team had announced her death. The police were in fact called in on Tuesday. No timeline inconsistency exists.

Are C4 making an anti-Farage political claim?

I assume that's a typo as she was apparently texting still on Wednesday morning/ lunchtime
