IIRC, courts take a very dim view of anything that threatens the proper administration of justice, as evidenced in your linked article (but I'm pretty sure that there have been several cases where judges move swiftly to reprimand/punish, to dissuade others from jeopardising live cases.

one story comes from Inquest hearing one from Criminal case hearing - hence how there can be 2 differing stories
