Disappointing, but true.
Only 28% of the electorate agree with you.
Versus the 41% who voted Labour.

Who was "Deleted member 49"?
Who was "Deleted member 49"?
I think that should be 28% of those who voted. I haven't checked the turnout, but, I will be surprised if it is significantly more than 35%.
The ex-PCC only got 42% of those who voted, so, a sort of Brexit Victory.
Well of course. That goes without saying. Swap "electorate" for "voters". Turn out was 31%. Makes no difference. If people cared, they'd have voted.
Not really. Brexit was a binary question. This wasn't. The vote was split 6 ways, so 41% is massive (basic maths 😉)
The most worrying thing to me is that Reform did not come last.
I can see how it'll be spun, and the general pattern is favourable towards Labour which is a good thing (broadly speaking), but the way I see it the real winners are the independents.
I wouldn't worry too much.
Just count the seats they won nationally
It is not those seats that concern me, but, that there are several thousand of their voters who may be sitting next to me in any public space
Curious to know why you think that
