I suspect it is seen as a solution by Epping for Epping 'cos it will move what they are regarding as a problem out of their area - so no longer their problem.

It is sounding like the court decision was quite specific to the circumstances in Epping and maybe for legal experts to assess how applicable it would to other council areas.

But from Councillors perspective I guess they will probably gain far more votes than they lose by trying it.

Just more disappointing attitudes from UK.

5' 8" so not that big. About the same height as me, a relative short arse. But doesn't the little in this case refer to his small minded nature?

I think it’s like Austin Powers where he has been cryogenically frozen since at least 2016 and has woken up thinking the Conservatives are still a serious and viable political Party and is unaware that they become an absolute shambles that make Starmer look like Churchill.
