He is actually a terrible manager, just look at his time in CPS where the staff in effect turned against him/lost confidence in him/considered CPS badly managed (and that was a very highly very motivated staff).

I'm not sure that is correct.
Morale at the CPS under him fell mainly because they lost 25% of the workforce owing to government cuts.

Starmer did little to upset or otherwise the staff in his time in charge. In fact he did little to change anything at the CPS during his 5 years in charge

It got down to only 1 in 12 feeling the changes are managed well, only 1 in 5 believing the actions of Starmer and senior managers consistent with CPS values, only 1 in 14 thought the reforms would improve prosecution rates; and all at a time when eg 2000 Crown Court cases thrown out 'cos CPS didn't get paperwork sorted on time. And Startmer/managers response was to send staff for "retraining".

Figures taken out of context can be misused.
The biggest factor affecting moral at CPS at the time was the reduction in staffing levels of 25% consequence of the reduction in the CPS budget by the relevant governments

He’s just got nothing better to do than trawl through the stuff his search engine algorithms throw at him and dumps them here, which in his mind counts as discussing the topic.
Just treat him as that fly buzzing round the room, an annoying little thing but ultimately harmless.
