"Affordable housing". Meaning what, exactly? A caravan?

No longer relevant as Labour Party seem to be running away from any "Affordable Housing". They just listen to the lobbyists representing the developers and makes complete sense (in Labour's new ideology).

All the more profitable 3+ bedroom premium property. Even existing developments with affordable housing numbers already agreed, developers go to planning "but we are not going to make as much profit with those affordable houses" and planning rolls over and allows much of the affordable housing to be sold at full market value. Happened not that long ago in my area and I attended the Planning Committee and spoke against the developer's application but it was a rubber stamp exercise.
