I guess that he's kept his place as he wins the constituency with a decent margin, but he seems to be in the same camp as Glasman, who is more Reform than Labour.

If last year's grade boundaries applied lots more kids would have had higher grades so the competition would have been just as tough.

The issue is isn’t so much getting on a medical course and doing the F1,F2 years. In fact there are more uni places, the issue has now moved up to the speciality training where there aren’t enough places for the Junior Doctors (resident) who have completed the foundation training.

Indeed. The benefit of small class sizes, having a nurse on-site and a nurses office with refrigeration for insulin was absolutely wonderful in dealing with my daughters anxiety and Type 1 diabetes. Many of the girls have benefitted from this. I know of one very shy girl who moved school after becoming a refuser and anorexic. She has now blossomed into an extremely bright, healthy young lady with a bright future ahead of her.

The annoying bit from my daughter's point of view is that if she had had the same scores with last years grade boundaries she would have had mostly 9s.

A life lesson, perhaps, Life is not fair 😊

I was about to post that he sounds like a future Reform candidate.

I was about to comment on the bottleneck as there is a high demand for doctors and nurses at all levels, and a high number of trainees.
The issue is management and funding.
