I had the misfortune to hear Robert Peston on ITV Evening News, this evening. He announced an end to the two child cap, and, increased costs for "2 million house" (it was unclear if he meant houses priced at £2million+, or, 2 million houses of unknown price). He stated these things as fact, not as possibles, or, "likely".

Ah but Pesto would have added a pause in the sentence then rushed the end. That would have sounded completely definitive so the fact it's bollocks doesn't matter.
