Good ol' 'Two Houses' Rayner. Nice bit of leftie hypocrisy.

Seems like there may have been an "underpayment" by Angela Rayner.

Still nothing to see here?
Still a right wing conspiracy?

She can disclose this , only 48 hours ago it was apparently the case she couldn't say anything owing to an injunction. Wonder what happened to that injunction ( and what is was issued in connection with)

Meanwhile back in Wesland...
I wonder if he has any similar thoughts regarding arresting pensioners for supporting Palestine?

Well quite. Looks she saw that the net was closing in and decided to 'fess up. Good old honest Ange.

If this was a Tory MP in the same situation she'd be going at it full throttle demanding that they resign.

He was arrested for incitement to violence based on someone's sex/sexuality/race/creed.

Laws brought in by Thatcher and enhanced by Boris Johnson. The same laws that Lucy Connolly was jailed under.

I don't see what your problem is here unless you think incitement to violence based on the above criteria is completely acceptable in which case, the law isn't the problem, your attitude is.

Very strange that we see these free speech warriors complaining about their free speech being curtailed but they never seem to STFU saying things that they complain that they're unable to say.
I can see why this tweet MIGHT be looked at by police. It is on any sensible reading an attempt at humour ( not in my view humerous). No serious interpretation of this could regard it as an incitement to violence and in any event it says "if all else fails..." it is a huge hurdle to e passed before the suggestion of punching is made
The tweet I saw on the news seemed to me (not a legal expert) to be suggesting violence towaerds vulnerable groups so I can appreciate the action. But I do wonder about the numbers or police needed. That said on cycle tour one year arrived at campsite in NL and signed-in, paid, setup and they I got two armed police officers arrive to arrest me.

Or just a conspiracy between our resident disciples of Beelzebub?

Have a look at the news and let us know what you think. To quote from Rayner's own statement today:
"I did not pay the appropriate stamp duty at the time of the purchase. I am working with expert lawyers and with HMRC to resolve the matter and pay what is due."

Can you fill us in on where you think there's a conspiracy?

One aspect I'm like an answer to is
Angela Rayner barred by court order from revealing tax details, says No 10.
Angela Rayner cannot be fully transparent about the tax arrangements on her second home because there is a court order barring her from revealing the relevant information, Downing Street has said.
What sort of court order bars an individual from telling others about their personal tax affairs? To me I question this ut I'm no lawyer but just sounds "weird"/suspicious.

Hilarious - even when Rayner has released a statement saying she did not pay the correct amount of tax , you abuse those who say the same as Rayner

It appears the Injunction related to reporting things about her disabled child, and the trust the house in Ashton now controls has her child as a beneficiary.

The grounds for making an injunction are probably made out, but the breadth of it seems rather too wide to merely protect the child and seems to stray into protecting a politician from having potentially embarrassing financial affairs relating to tax exposed.

This is a criticism of the judicial system, not of a politician

Now that does sound like straying into conspiracy territory.

Too bloody right you shouldn't. Also drop NCHI recording. Let people say what they want, swear in public, kick all these public order offences

Unless it's a direct accusation against an individual who is not politics then no one can sue.

Same for incitement, it has to be a direct specific threat against a person or property not just heat of the moment off the cuff statement

Is she admitting to doing the morally wrong thing, or is she admitting accidentally not paying £40k in tax that was actually due?

If it's the second one, I actually think Rayner is in trouble here and the noise won't stop until she steps down.
