Where’s rudderless labour in all of this ? Yep nary a feckin word said . I’m a member of trade union I also don’t agree that striking for every thing is the right way either but remove that option and a horse and carriage could be rode right through the T&Cs of employment that were hard fought for over years .

Honest to god I despise everything this Gov stands for. It’s maybe a jump but they seem to be slowly turning into. Fascist state.

If you can bear to watch !
When you say you don't agree to striking for everything what does that mean ?
It's absolute bullsh1t the crap he spouts about can't/not wanting to nationalise public services. Why not ? Unless he forgot what he was elected on 🙄
From his letter to the CWU.. : "I passionately believe that public services should be in public hands, not making profits for private shareholders. That of course includes Royal Mail".

I’m a member of the CWU as well, but be been here long enough to have seen some pretty stupid reasons for strikes . The current proposals though are not good , the pay is secondary to the T&Cs for me !!

Im realistic about pay but why do we need to give up some serious T&Cs , to get a below inflation pay rise ??!! The silence from Labour suggests they are just as bad a the current Tory scum.

I know I'm still bitter and twisted after the last election 🙄 But with Starmer I don't hate the fella,it wasn't so much Corbyn the person more what he stood for. What is Starmer ? Tell me something that he wants without using the word Tory....just not being them isn't enough.
We need change ! A different system and different ways or else all I see is buisness as usual.Maybe he'll show some sort of backbone, but I've yet to see it.

Truss is calling for a minimum of 50% of members to support a strike.
How many MPs gain the votes of 50% of their constituency members.
Bit of a sweetner for her core supporters....over 65,white,Daily Mail readers by any chance 🙄
Far be it from me to stereotype though....

jowwy

Can't spell, Can't Punctuate....Who care's, Sue Me
Remind me how they got Johnson out of No. 10?

by over 200 of the tory MPs giving him a sort of vote of no confidence......148 in a vote and then 58 resignations, although we dont know if some could be the same people, but very rarely do the MPs on the government payroll vote against the PM in a no confidence vote

so thats 206 out of 357 = 57%.........
