The way I phrased this was obviously an attempt to be pithy and amusing but they did ask a number of questions, one of which was to decide whether they should rethink their no strike policy, so fairly serious stuff. I get the impression that they dislike the pay award but feel their hands are tied as the only actions they can take are either 'express disappointment' or work to rule.

That will be a nice bonus for the Con’s favoured spivs, chancers, and middlemen. I can’t see much of it trickling down to public sector workers.
