I think the results also highlight a problem for all parties in the UK, though less of a problem in Scotland. Tory voters nearly always turn out on election day.

The SNP are finally outed as a bunch of infighting, backstabbing, lying crooks and Scotland, the scales unceremoniously ripped from our eyes, now recognise the error of our ways and what deluded simpletons we've been. So now we will forget all that silly independence and progressive socialism nonsense and immediately rush as one to embrace Sir Starmer, hard Brexit, Tory-lite bigotry and right-wing policies. It'll take some amount of spinal flexibility to lick the Tory boot on our throats, but we'll try, yes sir - we'll try.
