There’ll be some confused Telegraph readers #waronmotirists but they’re French so deserve all they get.

Great tune. I like a bit of humour in my songs. Reminded me a bit of Minchin with the word play and sort of beat poetry aspect.

Just listening now. Ha, grinning ear to ear, knowing that all the musical sounds there are Will's (vocals, trombone and tuba), and he produced everything at home.

He has an unstoppable sense of humour, and excels at pretty much everything he does. When he was 12 he took a year off school to star as Oliver. Casually mentioned he was playing a leading role in a local Shakespeare production while he was preparing for A-levels. Oxford graduate in Physics, then won the top award when he did his teacher training.

Is he also annoyingly likeable?

You guessed it.

I've known a number of young people whom I've taught or had the pleasure of working with as musicians who not only are ridiculously brainy and talented, but who are impossible to dislike because they are so bloody nice too. As you say, kind of annoying to a normal mortal.
