Back to growing things. We planted a small Jerusalem artichoke tuber last year. This month we harvested a couple of buckets full of them, and there are still more in the ground. Definitely on the verge of being invasive. We've cooked them for a couple of meals so far, but I'd forgotten the full extent of their flatulence-inducing capabilities. Coupled with Storm Jocelyn roaring down the chimneys, the effect was almost orchestral.
