Flamingo FP-5 cruise missile: launched from a simple ramp, range of 3000km's, payload 1000kg's.
Accuracy +/- 14m (meters) now in the hands of the Ukrainians. 9 months to develop. Way ahead of decrepit Russian technology.
Current production is 1 per day. Plans to build 200 per month by October. It's not sure how much efficacy there is in the production numbers but it is a potential game changer.

One thought: at what point (if there is) does the continued destruction of gas and oil plants affect Europe's energy needs?

200 per october if they can make 50% of that claim work it would change the war drastically because they can not only disrupt but destroy Russia's logistics, not to mention that kerch bridge.
Last time Russians where in that position they had to retreat(cherson for example)

How widely reported are these attacks reported in Russia? Even if press is gagged and can't report, an oil refinery bursting into flames is rather obvious and one would expect word to get around.

There was a story recently of people being arrested for sharing images of a refinery fire after a Ukrainian drone attack, so probably word goes round slowly, if at all.
