Plastic creates a lot of black smoke. I'd suspect a lot of plastic components in the warehouses.
And cardboard packaging.
WB is also over leveraged with debt (edit: you did already mention debt), which they now won't be able to pay back, and who do they owe it to? Yes, the banks of course.
That becomes a bank problem, not a WB problem.

Best of all, vendors are not insured as drone strikes are classed as 'force majeur'.
This represents billions of Roubles of lost businesses, an estimated 160,000 so far which is about 2/5th's of those using WB. Plus (and this has massive impact), WB has been running a 'sustainable debt' for a long time before drone strikes.
Anyway, I don't like those photographs BT posted - terrible composition. I'll post some better ones' later.
